Vitamine D iboneka mu bice bibiri. Iboneka kuri “Ergocalciférol”, iboneka mu bimera. Ndetse no “Cholécalciférol”, iboneka ku bikomoka ku matungo ndetse no ku mirasire y’izuba ry’agasusuruko.  Bimwe mu biribwa bibonekamo vitamine D harimo umwijima, amavuta, ibihumyo, indium, amagi, umwijima w’ingurube, amata, inyama forumaje, Soya n’ibindi.
