Hari inyungu mu gufungura ibiribwa bibisi

Ibiribwa bibisi bifasha cyane umubiri w’umuntu haba mu birebana no kuwubaka, kuwuha imbaraga no kuwurinda indwara. Ni ibiribwa bifite intungamubiri zihagije ugereranije n’ibitetse bityo bigafasha mu birebana n’imibereho myiza y’ubifata.
Nk’uko bigaragara ku rubuga rwa interinete doctissimo.fr ngo intungamubiri ziboneka mu biribwa bibisi, zituma habaho kubungwabungwa ku mubiri mu buryo budasanzwe. Kuri urwo rubuga bongeraho ko bimwe mu biribwa bitekwa hari intungamubiri zihononekarira bityo akaba ariyo mpamvu bidahabwa agaciro kamwe no kubifa bigifite ububisi bwabyo.

Marie Josee yakomeje agira ati “Mbese kuki umuntu wese adahagurukira kurya ibiribwa bitabanje gutekwa?”
Akamaro k’ibiribwa bibisi
Ibiribwa bibisi ni ibiribwa bifite akamaro ntagereranywa kuko bikungahayemo ibirinda ndwara, ibyubaka umubiri, imyunyu ngugu, ndetse n’anzime kuko ari naho gusa iboneka. Ibyo byose bifasha kugira ubuzima buzira umuze.
Anzime iboneka mu macandwe iyo umuntu atangiye kugira icyo  afata ari kibisi. Ituma urwungano ngogozi rukora neza. Ikindi kandi kidasanzwe ni uko icyo gihe umubiri ukora mu isaha abasirikare batari bake nkenerwa mu kurinda umubiri w’umuntu.
